My Second Hard Drive Failing

Hey All

Can someone help me, my second hard drive aint showing. Its not under Storage control. But the the CD/DVD drives havent yet changed to D: i can see it with bios and when i do some other thing under system management i can see the D Drive. someone knows how i can get the drive back? (Without Formatting, Reinstalling XP or in any case delete my programs on Drive D or Drive C Regedit no problem)

Are any unknown or foreign disks showing up in the Disk Management applet?
