I notice when I download files from there that they are all in .zip format. When autoDLing are they automaticaly changed to .pk4's?
I'm sort of new to admining for Q4 so if anyone could let me know I'd appredciate it :]

I just tried downloading some of the pk4s from Q4F and they all came down as PK4 files for me.
Probably the way your browser is handling them.

Have you tried FireFox? If so, how do they turn out with it?

no problems with firefox in that regard. They DL as .pk4's.
I guess its just in opera :\
However, as long as they end up in the connecting players baseq4 as pk4's thats all I was really concerned about :]
