How would you pronounce 'Tsang'

If it was Zhang or Ghang or something like that I'd understand, but Tsang?
Also this guy's probably used to being called Tsang and now you come along with some outlandish shit.

I have it on good authority that it's zang. The A is pronounced with an "ah" sound.
