How to Find 1v1 games

I am interested in Improving my skillz, There fore i think its best to play one vs one... How can I find 1 v 1 games or is there a mod that provides game listings for 1v1?

promode has been pretty popular in the last few months in getting some 1v1 games in, either vq3 or cpm, whichever you like. http://www.promode.org/

When you get the mod try searching for servers with ase http://videogames.yahoo.com/multiplayer

On the left pane open the q3 folder, and open the cpma folder, you will find everything you need in there.

What is Vq3 and cpm? I'm Kinda a noob when it comes to this stuff.

Yeah thanks! I have now managed to improve some skills, I have been playing 1v1 for 5 days strait and damn i went to the same server i played ctf in and pwned some fools! geez thanks for all the advice!
