I DIDN'T LIKE THE CISCO 4824XL BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO SET THE MANAGEMENT IP BEFORE YOU CAN TELNET TO IT HOW GOSH DARNED FRUSTRATING! FORGET THE POE STUFF, IT'S WAY TOO COMPLICATED! TOOK US LIKE A WHOLE DAY TO FIGURE OUT THAT YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO USE A ROLLOVER CABLE TO UPLINK IT! THE MANUAL WAS LIKE 30 PAGES, WOW, WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO BE CERTIFIED CISCO PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS WITH A DEGREE IN READING MANUALS TO USE ONE OF THESE?! I MEAN COME ON!! FRUSTRATING!!
