Do you guys know of a good program that will play and effectively put these files in a library.

I was using musicmatch, but it doesnt seem to work with Mpeg4 files.

Also, a good program to convert Mpeg4 to Mp3.

Transcoding is a sin of the highest order. Quicktime Pro does it though, if you are able to aquire it.

ilumos is correct - it's worse than a sin. google for dboweramp, but an older version, not the paid one if you really want to go through with it.
