Have you ever studied pre-nuptial agreement? A friend of mine told me his lawyer told him "they aren't worth the paper they're written on". I can't see why it would not be a legally binding contract if constructed in proper accordance with statute and case law, but not having studied family law yet I can't come up with a conclusive answer. Something I've wondered about.

a defining attribute of a government is that it has a monopoly on the legitimate exercise of violence...

Re: studying
Nothing. I gave journalism a go, didn't work out because i ended up celebrating my newfound freedom too much (i was a bit young at the time). Gave communication a go, didn't work out because i found most of the courses goddamn nightmarishly dull (had good grades while it lasted though).CitizenKane wrote:ive noticed from recent threads that theres a lot of science students around these parts, got me to thinking does anybody study anything else?? so use this thread to post what ur studying in college/studied in college past tense.
i'll start, im studying law, second year.
Decided studying is probably not for me.
