Theres no topic flooding because this is supposed to be a semi-discussion forum, and it can be used to knock topics off the front page. If one fag starts flooding and gets away with it, then another fag starts flooding, then another... soon enough you've got all these fags flooding, and they're all... faggy and shit.

Not only is it unnecessary, but in the event somebody gets rocked, and doesn't know how to handle it, BAM, they use flooding in retaliation, and whos to stop them if it's allowed? I've seen it happen, and boy is it lame.
