High FPS config

Hi guys. Im rather noob at Q4. And having alot of lag doesnt help so I was wondering if someone could help me and either direct me to a low gfx/ high fps config or make one for me. Would be really appreciated.

UpsetChaps Quake4 Guide - Tailored Configs (Framerate and Visual Tweaks)

That should help you figure out a good framerate.

And break a thing or two in the process with single player only variables.
