Thanks guys. I woke up this morning and still have a headache.....the reason I dont go to the doctor is because I am tired of handing out money to these quacks and they cant ever find anything wrong with me. But I will agree haveing this headache for over a week now is not normal. Gonna try a few things differently today. Gonna eat and drink more. Not going to wear my contacts to work either. We'll see what comes of it.

Ok I think I have figured out what is going on....I am on this shot since my surgery, that is the only odd factor in the equation. I went all day with no caffine, wore glasses instead of contacts, the whole nine yards. Then my bf pointed out to me that I went through a similar thing a while back....Once again THE SHOT.

Well, finally got in touch with the doc......and he's on vacation....of course. So I call one of my different doctors and he calls me in a prescription for something I took a while back. We're gonna see if it works, as of yet people are adding to my headache, therefore making it worse. Got the weekend off, so hopefully I can steer clear of those people (unlikely) and it will go away.

If it helps: most of the neurologists I know don't recommend codeine or its derivatives for headache.

If the headache isn't unremitting (i.e. there constantly from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to sleep), isn't associated with posture, and doesn't have any other associated features (double vision, etc.) then you probably don't need any further investigations at the moment.

Did your doctor have a look in the backs of your eyes?

Well I just had an eye exam about a month ago, and they didnt say any thing. But the headache is from the time I wake up till the time I go to bed. I just cant seem to shake it. But like I said, I was on a shot for about a year and this is one of the reasons I got off of it. But I just started a new shot about 3 weeks ago and same shit. But I have no other alternatives to my condition at the momen, and this is a 3 month shot, so I have another 3 months of this shit. I am telling the doc we need to find another option. By the way, I know Geebs and Saturn are doctors.......what kind are ya'll? But anyways, yeah with these headaches, I cant even function normally. I have been dizzy all day, last night it was dizzyness and nausious. I just dont know what to do any more. Feel like the guy who posted the topic "Feel like my brain has been raped by a rhino"......lol
