i am planning on upgrading soon, and i am aiming for 2GB's, its more then Enough, but is slowly comming the standard so 2Gb mem packages are comming down in price.

as for the BEST! basically, there is none, The ones that you mentioned are the top Tier manufacturers, they each have killer Moduels and etc that will Devistate anything you toss at them.

So What i have to say is See what you can get for your pricerange then see what models that gives you then read some reviews on them and check out there strengths and ofcorse weakness's.

p.s. what ever anyone tells you.. F--K KINGSTON.... :)

Mushkin is where its at
[size=75][i]I once had a glass of milk.

It curdled, and then I couldn't drink it. So I mixed it with some water, and it was alright again.

I am now sick.

I personally like OCZ for price/performance but any of the brands mentioned here are good.

any no-name value ram is fine unless you're looking for the uber-gaming rig and even then no-name stuff is just fine with proper timings.

Mushkin makes "value" ram
