Multiuser video conferencing

Any easy way of setting up multiuser video conferencing? Preferably though some sort of commonly used free software like MSN or something. AFAIK, MSN only does single user video conferencing. It needs to be easy to use since some of the people using it will be somewhat less than tech-savvy.
