Core 2 duo 6700 or 6600 o.c.'d for $200 less..

Is it that simple? All the specs look the same on both CPU's, except for higher clock speeds. Is it as simple as buying the 6600 for $200 less than the 6700 and overclocking it to 6700 speeds? Or am I missing something here?
