Need several commands

Tried searching, no luck though.

Adapted someone else's config for myself, yet need several things changing and don't know the correct commands to put in the config:

Command for lowering the brightness.
Command for un-inverting mouse.
Command to stop it starting in small screen.

r_intensity or r_gamma (may want to try r_ignorehwgamma as well)
m_pitch [pos number]
r_fullscreen 1

What's the command/config for no weapon. I mean like when you play you don't see your weapon in-game. just the crosshair.
