Owned. 2 beautiful goals, great playmaking as usual, and a very sneaky shootout goal. Plus he gave his stick to a lucky bastard I'd kill and take it off of.

lawl, Briere got destroyed by Ovechkin. Briere got lucky he doesn't have a broken neck or spine. Stupid move on Alex's part though. Ending someone's career is not the way to start your own.

Selanne hot as usual, another couple goals in the Ducks' 4-3 win over the Kings. Best team in the NHL, go Ducks go!

Oh and I remembered to change my fantasy picks for this week...2 hours too late ffs.

pretty wild game going on in NY... heh, shanahan is on fire; just completed the hat-trick. (oopse to me for pulling him and nylander from the fantasy roster since NY only has 2 games this week)

... now kozlov has a retaliatory hat-trick. :icon11:
it's raining goals. 6-4 isles... even though they're being out shot 42-19

holy shit... make that 4 goals for kozlov; weeks is his bitch. (7-4)

Yeah, that'll get a lot of viewers for the all-star game. Pick the worst goalies in the league.

Disgusting.

:olo: he's crying in his pillow thinking about all those games he blew. He plays a good game here and there, but all-star he is not.
(neither is Fleury, but given the other numbers for penguin players, that seems to mosly be some serious fanboy-ism by the city of pittsburgh, crosby is the only penn that deserves to be even on the ballot)

fan voting is a complete crock of shit... you'll NEVER get the *right* players.

I passed through New York on my way home and someone in Australia suggested I see a hockey game while I was there. The best part is that while we were queuing for $45 tickets an usher called us over just as we got to the front and two guys had a couple of spare tickets that they gave us for free... $140 tickets 7 rows from the ice :olo:
