Professionals? It's a generic gaming forum where a large portion of the members don't even play Q3 anymore.

You spent over $100 on a shit keyboard. It's not bluetooth or wireless and is missing the number pad. The only thing it has going for it is the blinky lights which seem to fascinate either the young or dumb.

Its not a shit keyboard.
1. Lighting: All keyboard characters are INDIVIDUALLY backlit by single L.E.D.'s. Each and every key, NOT just the frame and gaps in between.
2. The L.E.Ds: Déck's lights are rated at 200,000 hours of life. That's pushing 22 years if the Déck is never turned off. It has seven different intensity levels and full brightness is tweaked to 5.25 milliamps.
3. Bottom Pan: Industrial diamond plate metal. Not just mere plastic.
4. Connection/Interface: USB 1.1; Type A plug. No separate cord, Déck is powered by your PC.
5. MTBF (mean time before failure): 86,000 hrs.
6. Switches: Will absorb near 20 years of heavy use. Déck is constructed with 50-million cycle switches and gold cross point key switches. Putting it into perspective, the keyboard you are using right now is most likely using 1 million cycle and no gold.
7. Board: The FR4 (fiberglass printed circuit board material) is built for strength, reparability and straightness. We reinforced the double-sided plate through holes with a black solder mask.
8. Op Temp: Décks operate smoothly from minus 40°C to plus 70°C. So you're safe in both Antarctica and Death Valley. You never know, you know?
9. Key Caps: Characters can't chip off the key caps or wear down to oblivion. Period. Déck uses a sublimated negative printing process which drives the ink into the plastic keycaps at 525°f. This means permanent printing from the inside out, not on.
10. Add ons: Décks ship with an extra skull & crossbones key cap. Setting the stage for your mod.
11. Typing Rate: Type up to 240 characters per second! Go that fast and still get the codes out in the right sequence. You cannot type this fast. Ever.

Take your friggin head out of that box, its suffocating you.
you and your herd of sheep.
clearly displaying your ignorance thru your lack of effort to do a little research, but thats okay, i did it for you. now try and save some face and go read. its way better than the ps2 pos i was using. i dont need a freakin number pad, bluetooth or wireless. i wanted a illuminated usb keyboard. and i saved a ton of desk space with this little jewel. go look and see whats out there, a bunch of no name producs that suck. except for the Saitek. i did not like their gamepad but, other people have said their keyboard is ok. this company at least has a track record, despite the fact this omnipotent forum has never heard of them.

in typing 101 they teach you to use the top row of numbers anyway. i understand certain people need a 10 key. im not trying to sell it, i just thought it was something cool and worthy. which it is. If you dont like it, you dont like it. but you CANT call it shit. check out the specs on this thing. if you have any sense, you will recognize the tech that they put into this thing.

So, you bought part of a full keyboard for $100, feel stupid for it, but must use blind PR bullshit to make others think its superior.

all that PR bullshit about it being built better than every other board out there is BULLSHIT.. its just a keyboard, with lights.. which if you were any kind of real modder you would have made it yourself.. but your not, your a fucking poser..
