The CFG won't load!

Okay, I got a HUGE problem!
I started the game and the CFG wasnt loaded. "no biggie" I thought.
I went to the console and typed in
/exec ekkorre.cfg
it didnt work. I got something in style with:
Cbuf_InsertText overflowed
so I tried with this:
/exec autoexec.cfg
I got the same error! What should I do now? Nothing is changed in the .cfg's but it worked yesterday! HELP ME ASAP!

I guess max size of cfg file is 16 kB
make two smaller cfgs

one of the commands might be contradicting another one. Or you might have typed one in wrong. Just check through it for spelling errors, etc

It was 17kb. really weird since it worked earlier :-S
