i go through cycles when i want to quit ..right now the urge to quit isn't there.

we both decided to quit once i'm back to work you know where.
cigarettes are so fucking cheap there it's ridiculous .

I still get the occasional urge to smoke, but I can usually ride it out pretty well. It's getting easier all the time.

pat yourself on the back bro .. you've done what i failed to do many times simply because i'm too afraid to quit.
i bought a stop smoking book that i was going to read on the plane but left it at the airport in Johanesburg.

i had a great plan .. 10 hour flight .. read quit smoking book ..land in Frankfurt and never smoke again.

i gave up april 2005 and haven't looked back. it gets to the point where it's either quit, or die prematurely in an unpleasant way

when i left Africa i decided to buy 20 packs of assorted cigarettes from around the world.

i feel like my lungs are about to fail on me ..harshest grossest cigarettes i ever had but i'm too lazy to go uptown and buy some decent smokes so i've been suffereing all day trying 20 different types of cigarettes .. all of them GROSSSSSSSS

except Dunhill cigarettes from god knows where.

i gotta quit
