Best /com_maxfps !!!

So whats the best com_maxfps setting value for getting better jump ?
I always use com_maxfps 125, but i heard they are better value then those for getting higher jump or maybe longer jump...Is that true ?

Are com_maxfps 125 is the best and safer setting to optimize the game ?

/com_maxfps 120 = 125 displayed on the fps counter
