What's ironic about it? Good story, but not ironic.

You don't expect a convicted mafia criminal to completely drain a company of all its assests? You don't expect a guy driving 190 MPH to crash his car? What is unexpected about that story?

Karma? Maybe. Irony? No. I fucking HATE Alanis Morissette. Nobody fucking knows what that word means anymore thanks to her and her stuipd non-ironic song. ffs

I was laid off from Warthog just before they were bought by Tiger or whatever. At the time, I was understandably miffed at losing my job, but looking back on it, I did ok I think :) taking all of the demos and design docs we had and making them Gizmondo exclusives must have been pretty soul-crushing.
It would have been a talking point in future interviews though.
