Amateur Competition

Yo, new to quake3 and was wondering if anybody had some good links to some noob/amateur competition, such as leagues/ladders.

I've tried googling and browsing for some, but they all seem very inactive.

It's not limited to Euros, I've played on Clanbase before and it's lots of fun.
