I thought it was absolutely amazing. Djimon Hounsou is a very talented actor. Leo DiCap did a perfect Afrikaan accent.

Click. 7/10

Surprisingly good. Not a run of the mill comedy at all.
Thick, solid and tight in all the right places.

I am watching King Kong in HD too. Excellent film. Worth it for the T-Rex fight alone.

Looks awesome on my new 42" TV too.

Some of it was too gross for me to watch (don't particularly like to see guys shitting or close ups of their nuts over and over again) - but at other parts I was laughing my ass off.
I'd have to give that film a 10 simply for the "bee" stunt with the limo and the marbles. I was quite literally breathless with laughter after seeing that :olo:

couldn't agree more. over-hyped rubbish. why couldn't peter jackson have a childhood-based obsession about something good instead of this tripe?

It's just got to 93%, when I thought it was nearly finished I was looking at Odishan, which I haven't watched yet. Still a few hours to go. I'm hanging out to see it, looks awesome.

Apocalypto - 8/10

Excellent movie. It was really interesting to see a glimpse of Aztec culture come to life on the screen.

really? I tried watching it three times and always have to turn it off after the first 5 minutes when they start reciting poetry at that tavern or whatever it is they do.

severance - 5/10

ok british horror comedy. get the feeling that a lot of the story was lost in the telling, but wasn't much to begin with.
