so someone is earning more money by doing alot less than you.. well thats nothing new at all.. get used to it till you open youre own company..

Try bookkeeping when your client gives you about half of the necessary documents and then wants you to conjure up numbers that are actually true out of thin air. You press him for info for fucking months and he just keeps replying "Sure, I'll look into it some time, but could you send me the correct balance anyway?" like five times in a row.

I've done a few different helpdesks in the couple of years experience I have. Touchpaper, Remedy, Helpdesk, Lotus Notes Db, Outlook Task List, Excel Spreadsheet, Notepad.

Excel actually worked a lot better than one might think, with autofiltering and collaboration set up carefully. Timestamping with a keyboard shortcut is handy. Haven't found that in outlook yet.

Remedy is absolutely dreadful. whats the point of opening a new window for every fucking action you do :@

It's not that I'm complaining, but I guess I am. I have a great job, good pay, benefits, etc. But things have gotten so sloooowww around here. Having to sit there for 9 hours with nothing to do is not so bad once in awhile. But night after night...it's becoming hellish. I'd rather be busy.
