xp service pack 2

my brother is on a low dl limit and needs spII, is there a site i can dl it from and burn on cd or dvd for him?

ive looked at http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/sp2/default.mspx but cant find an executable dl, just some request for activex install which i dont need on my machine

edit is this the correct file?
