ok... i have the mod uFreeze (ultra freezetag) and on the startup on the server, it says in the console
and some other stuff. changing the reload factor makes guns shoot faster. though, this is only available in uFreeze. is there a way to change this to work in normal q3? or at least make everyone start with a railgun?
/g_reloadfactor 1.0000000000

all depends on the mod. Commands are difernt for everymod.
I know the server your talking about. The mod in the server is Instaunlagged 1.1 . For instaunlagged you would type this command in the console.
/rcon insta_railgunCycle "700" default is "1500"
you need the mod instaunlagged for this command to work.
for XSV CTF server that runs the beryllium mod you would type this command.
/rcon be_firedelayrg "700"
You must have beryllium mod installed to your server for this to work.
If you run you own lan server I'm not sure if you still use rcon to change. cvars. But ya. you need a mod, man and not all mods allow you to do the same things.
