you should consider a lot of things when you do posts like this...

different hardware specs, skill needed to play(a player that joins cs can survive 20 seconds, a player that joins q3...mmm...5?) etc

they leave on their own terms though (read: they get bullied out), they're not getting banned because it makes some 15 year old admin feel like the man.
