Problem with the sounds

I have some problems with the sounds. when i move my mouse to...hmmm.. for example the ''singleplayer'' or ''multiplayer'' or''setup'' in the main menu , there comes a annoying sound like :rrrrrrrrrrr..and so on can someone help me? thanks

what? There should be an irritating beeping noise. If its not beeping then you need to configure your software sounds or upgrade your soundcard
