Saving Outlook
I need to know the best way to save Outlook files. Is exporting them the best way?

One thing that confuses me is that if you go...user name, docs and settings, application data, Microsoft, Outlook, there is an Outlook.pst.
If yoiu go username, docs and settings, local settings, application data, Microsoft, Outlook, there is an OUtlook.pst and an Archive.pst
These 2 different Outlook.pst files are greatly different in size.
Which one is the correct one to save.

Save them both just in case.
Your biggest clue will be in the 'Modified' date on the files.

Re: Saving Outlook
Export the info to PST. As long as its not over 500MB you should be fine. The exception to this is if you're using the newer PST file type in which case you don't need to worry about file size.corpse wrote:I need to know the best way to save Outlook files. Is exporting them the best way?
