loser - i've lost all respect for your integrity here - for a while you were actually responding to the points, but as soon as you're caught out, you snake your way out.

gg moron.
Maybe he just can't be bothered with your boring, anal posts. You're lucky he humoured your tired ass for as long as he did.

gramps isn't an electrician in modern america, he's actually a goat herder of 1st century cisalpine gaul cowering in a hovel because the sky gods are angry

I'm angry because bullet-proof work ethics like this are tearing the sinewy fabric of "personal time off for grieving the loss of my dearest pet rock is my business" ethic apart.

:olo: this thread is a heated emotional debate, too. :olo: :olo: :olo:

Saw a guy get run off for 'personal' problems this morning. But he seems to have them once or twice a week. Last week it was a toothache and diarreah. When it becomes a habit, they become a liability. Like I said, I wouldn't take off for it but I don't think I'd fire someone else for it. Habitual missers can hit the road though. If they're having that many difficulties they should take some time and get it all straightened out.

I've never seen LOTR, but I'm willing to bet this is just another one of your fantasies.

it is for you if you think for one moment there could possibly be a character in LotR who takes time out from gathering fairy mushrooms and pixie dust in dingly dell to pass comments on some dull redneck twat's attitude to pet-related work absences
