What a load of garbage. :olo:

Anybody here should get "patience and pity" points just for making the effort it takes to try and piece one of your posts into a coherent thought - much less reply to it in a sensible manner.

You saying I can't read is like some emo-goth saying he's "misunderstood."

Wipe off the lyrical makeup, then we'll talk. :olo:

Putting laxatives in people's food isn't a prank it's poisoning people. He should be educated about that. If that takes ten years then so be it.

It's sick to want to make people poo in their clothes, to poo uncontrolably. Or doesn't it occur to you that people might not be able to get to the toilet in time if they've been given laxatives? It's sick, it's disgusting and he should be educated about it. If that takes ten years then so be it.

It's poisoning people.

There are dosages on the bottle, but those dosages don't translate to making a tub full of brownies. Therefore, using too high a dosage could have completely been accidental.
i give you a tip.

stoopid idiots that that do this shit and think this is a "funny prank" need to be punished for thier crimes.

that way other stooppid lammas that think its funny will think twice and maybe not do the crime when they have to pay a price .

you guys know plaineds opinion dint make that law ey :olo:
Yea, no shit you didn't write the laws - thank god for that. :olo:

Imagine a bunch of runt-lawyers saying things to judges like "Ey spacklin, it only works the one way yur honer, so it's clearly a case of when who wants to palish there tips the other way -- in the intrest of me espleened dimmerness, I hav to make sum motions in the direktion that this praticular hater-lamma gets whats cumin to him, ey."

what if the kid has an allergy regarding the stuff used in itchingpwder?
a thumbtack can cause blindness. something with a certain nerve being hit. its silly but ive seen it happen at my school.

olo i poured milk in his coke and he didnt notice. never mind that he might be lactose intolerant, rofl.

any prank can go hideously wrong. if youve never pulled a prank in your life, its no wonder youre so dull.

and i meant thistles btw. wrong language :)

nope, i havent. and i think they are equals in the fact that both are harmless in theory but can go horribly wrong.
what if, this guy showered everyone with itching powder and one of the victims was hugely allergic to the point that paramedics had to be summoned, would your reaction the same I wonder? or is it exclusive to the bleeding anii?

in a more civilized wording; and this is a serious question under the heading of human interest; how come you feel so strongly about this particular issue? normally, you let political, ecological, racial, sportsrelated - well pretty much anything which requires a standpoint - slide off you with a quirky post. but this is the very first time in q3w history - or at least for as long as i can remember - that youre actually having a serious standpoint.
again, serious question, so dont write it off with a "its blood from their ass" retort :)

now you just said what you said before. im asking the cause of this standpoint, not the standpoint itself.

i dont feel its a harmless prank, i feel the intention was harmless.
unfortunately, it resulted in a harmful way.
and indeed, that he was 18 doesnt help, but he couldve just as easily thought itd be funny to throw a waterbaloon at a car. which couldve crashed and killed whoever was in it. it also couldnt have, and then itd be alright im sure.

this is also why im not a judge btw.

nope, but i also wouldnt ask 10 years. i'd prolly headbutt him and get 10 years myself. :icon32:
point being, a good kicking will make him think twice about ever doing it again, and it didnt cost anybody jailtime or taxmoney

and dont answer a question with a question
