can't register at GameSpy

I tried to register to get my own GS ID, But after submitting my information, I get the message

Sorry, you are not eligible to register for a GameSpy Account at this time.
For more information, please consult our privacy policy.

I tried the PP, but I didn't find anything about it.

What is it and how long is it going to take? :icon27:

isnt that what the US tells foreigners?

Are you over 18 (or 21 or whatever it is?) If so try changing that.
