best audio batch converter..

...to downmix some 128kbps mp3s to 64kbps IN BATCHES?

have looked at few which are limited use/trial/blahblah versions - any freeware/OS apps that can do batch conversion recommended?

the batch conversion part is essential. i already have dbPowerAmp and Audacity etc

hmm, had a crack with CDex, which i already had, but it stripped out the tags. may need some setup tweaking...
