whats that shit ppl take for retardedly huge muscles?...
Yeah mate, it's been a while. Not doing too bad, haven't been training as much and taking life a little easier (my girlfriend also has a problem competing with the gym over me :icon19: ), but nothing I cant pick up again.
Last I heard was that you were stopping bodybuilding due to injury right? Well, from what i remember you have an excellent foundation, maintain that and you dont need to worry about a thing.

Yeah I was going to stop, but I haven't got round to it. Bodybuilding's like crack.. I've got a dislocated collorbone at the moment that just pops out when it feels like it, and i can make it pop out whenever I want, too.. Totally painless, but it occasionally happens when I bench, and I've had a couple of near misses with the bar nearly crushing my neck. Gonna attempt squats with a broken rib tomorrow.
This is me pretty recently. Lights pretty bad http://john.fuckyouanddie.com/aug212004.jpg
I think I need to lose quite a big of fat, too, I'm eating too many takeaways.

Coleman is also strong as hell genetically. He probably could have switched over his training to powerlifting and broken some records.
As for his dosages, I was talking at the gym the other day with a friend who was in the process of getting some GH, and the guy supplying him said Coleman used insane doses of that. I've always thought his tortoise shell bloated stomach was indicative of very high GH use, but the dude told me something like 18 IU a day or something crazy like that....(I think that is a bit of an exaggeration, and we'll probably never know the true number, but its got to be high.)
But yea, I agree he has the genetics. Except for the odd abs.

Nice pic, you have really come along man, some great back development there.sys0p wrote:Yeah I was going to stop, but I haven't got round to it. Bodybuilding's like crack.. I know what you mean about addictive, the sense of well being along with the gains makes me paranoid when I even miss a set at the gym, and going on a cutting plan freaks me out too. Cant say I've had as bad injuries though, that collarbone injury is nasty mate I'd have that checked out. The worst I've had is a torn left pectoral, though it healed quite fast. There is a small dent in the muscle where the damaged tissue was so it's fucked with my symmetry a little which is the worst thing.
I'm thinking of cutting down on bodybuilding (just the heavier training) and taking up boxing/kickboxing or another martial art to keep my fitness/tone. Can you recommend anything?
And hey tnf, long time no see man.
I'm sure 18IU isn't an unrealistic estimate for Coleman's dosage. Something caused his GH gut (one of the worst among the professionals), though he seems to have worked it off nicely after the criticism he was getting for it.tnf wrote:Coleman is also strong as hell genetically. yeah, do some kickboxing if you can find a class. My cardio went through the roof when I started doing it, and my calfs got a lot bigger, too. I eat shit food all day, so I can't tell you if it's any good for fat loss, but a 2 hour training session leaves me sweating like a rapist.
@Immo -
Yea, he has backed the gut off a bit. Maybe it was 18 IUs a day. Shit is expensive too - but for him, that isn't much of a problem. Have you ever seen any of his newer training videos? I haven't, but apparently he's got some grunt that does nothing but run around loading bars, etc., for him. I guess he takes about 315 and lunges with it all the way down his street...but the more impressive part (according to my friend who watched it) is how he takes the 315 from the ground to his shoulders like it is nothing.
As for the addictive training stuff - I can relate. But man, once you've been away for a long, long time and seen all your strength gains go to the shitter after repeated injuries, it can be a bitch to motivate yourself to start over again.

Yeah, can you imagine how big his internal organs must be if he was injecting that much. Quite surprising that his skull isn't deformed, though. I know I said he probably does less than the average person, but he probably cycles year round with no break. Probably finishes one stack, and then starts a different one. Animal.
I had no internet since I moved from Sherbrooke last September so I was posting from a friend's computer every once in a while.tnf wrote:It has actually been quiet around here without your ownage. Where have you been?Duhard wrote:LOL oh the ownage :icon19:Immo wrote: "New Horizons Await"
