Is there a software that helps to understand what's wrong?
Maybe checking the hardware...

Windows, it tells you more then you think 
Check your System log and see if it gives an error.
Do you have your computer Overclocked?
Check your temps and post them along with your hardware list.
Use a program like Speedfan ( its free ) To check your temps.
once you post that stuff, We'll see what we can do for ya
