hey guys ~ i'm searching for a usb stick. somewhere around 2gb - 4gb. any recommendations?

Don't know what I can find that you'd be able to get in Europe. SanDisk is fucking expensive, I know that for a fact, but I see plenty of deals from TigerDirect and NewEgg that have big discounts.

I never noticed any differences between USB flash memory other than external build quality. Buy something that doesn't look like it will break just sitting in your pocket and you should be good.

They are so cheap these days, it's not like you're making a large investment or anything.

Get one that's "Enhanced for ReadyBoost", so you can use it for some extra speed in Vista when you don't need it for other things.

I've been reading some product reviews on NewEgg and some of the off-brands seem prone to extremely low write speeds. Cheap or not, that would irritate the shit out of me. :icon33:

4GB is pretty standard now, saw some going for ~$50 at Tiger :shrug:

Lexar is pretty good.
