hmmm, wouldnt worry about the bp unless your diastolic is pushing 95 - meds n relaxation are good, but ur fine unless the diastolic is high anyway

seems to be pushing it most of the day, up to 110 +/- a few, except chillaxing at home where it's more like 90-95
