Whoo! Windows 98se!

Post by Lieutenant Dan »

My harddrive died in my normal computer, so I'm stuck with this Pentium 1 166mhz, with 80 megs of ram.

It's pretty bitchin.

I expect to be stuck on this piece of shit for at least a month, while I save up money for a replacement HD.

This thing is so sad I can't have IE open when I have aim running.

Maybe, I haven't tried, people's moving icons in aim have a hard time animating though..

So it might be a little hard.

Take the HD out of the Win 98 PC and put it in your other computer.

perhaps he's refering to the idea of it "feeling" like a month due to his emense desire to be on a computer constantly, even though it's only going to take a day to repair.

Sounds like a depression and madness if one does not get their computer fix.

It's ok man. The world will still be out there when you get fixed.

Its way more than enough, 12 years ago I played Doom 2 on a 100mhz 486 with 8mb of ram and a 490mb hdd which used MS-DOS.
