BSG Season 3 finale - spoiler alert!
just remembered the other thing that confused me with the trial story. when gata (sic?) dropped baltar in the shit over that death warrant business, did they explain how that bit got ignored in the judgement? did the judges know he was on the blag - or were they like "pfft, it's only willingly signing a death warrant, s'not that bad really"
then who the fuck cares anyways :icon32:Jackal wrote:I'm pretty sure that the "skin-job" Cylons HAVE brains.seremtan wrote:one question for the everyone's-a-cylon theorists: how can someone live their entire life as a machine and not at some point discover it? i mean, they had cat scans and x-rays etc on caprica. surely some people would have noticed if they had CPUs instead of brains

you must've missed the part where they were trying to identify cylons but couldn't.seremtan wrote:one question for the everyone's-a-cylon theorists: how can someone live their entire life as a machine and not at some point discover it? i mean, they had cat scans and x-rays etc on caprica. surely some people would have noticed if they had CPUs instead of brains

...it's either a cylon, or a duck

I'm guessing it was implied that the defense had already given their version of the story (gun to baltar's head while signing agreement, etc.)4days wrote:just remembered the other thing that confused me with the trial story. when gata (sic?) dropped baltar in the shit over that death warrant business, did they explain how that bit got ignored in the judgement? did the judges know he was on the blag - or were they like "pfft, it's only willingly signing a death warrant, s'not that bad really"
so the judges may have assumed baltar was lying.
And even if they didn't, perhaps lee's speech was enough to sway them.

Just because a witness says something the judges don't have to believe it.4days wrote:just remembered the other thing that confused me with the trial story. when gata (sic?) dropped baltar in the shit over that death warrant business, did they explain how that bit got ignored in the judgement? did the judges know he was on the blag - or were they like "pfft, it's only willingly signing a death warrant, s'not that bad really"
BTW I fucking loved it when Roslin discovered old man Adama had voted not guilty. You hypocritical, never-been-elected piece of shit.
Look how good that show is: It makes me hate fictional characters.
