Weird issue after compile.

So I've been compiling and running my map just fine. After my last build though my map doesnt show up in the map browser under skirmish or multiplayer but I can load it from the console.I am using Q3map2toolz. Anyone have any ideas?

Does your map have a .arena and a levelshot?

IIRC Q3 has a limit of the amount of maps it shows (128?) in the menu.
Some mods might show more, and then there is mapman V1.00 or here.

I dont have any other custom maps installed. How can that be the problem?

Ah, we might've been overlooking the obvious. Does the console sport a message along the lines of "x arenas ignored to make count divisible by 4"?
