played through gdi and almost done with the nod campaign. The fmv's are awesomely awesome.
The mp features are pretty sweet. The c&c site has a thing called battlecast, where you can launch the game from and into spectator mode. Theres also gonna be a separate program where you don't even need c&c to watch matches. this is like the first RTS that actually has built in voip. No clue why more games don't have this BS
Can't tell if it's a good game though because I haven't played mp. Something tells me theres balance issues though.
I like the whole rts as a sport thingie. You can have someone as a commentator complete with telestrator. I personally like to play 1vs1 on larger maps at this time to make it more fun cause right now mp is just tank spaming.
Played the demo, it felt a bit meh. Micro not as good as Company of Heroes, macro not as good as Supreme Commander. I think I have been spoilt by those games. I may pick this up from the bargain bin later, but no buy right now.
the full game is average at best. very easy missions, not much variety, and it feels like im running around with a carrot dangling in front of me - keep getting the "next mission, the game's REALLY going to take off!"-feeling. and it doesnt ;(
well, Frank Klepacki left when Westwood went down, so its nothing like the original music.
better yet, you hardly notice it. its very toned down in both composition and volume, with some guitarriffs thrown in in hopes of making it cool. its mostly just generic background sound though
