THE CURE
The best way to get rid of them is to sit in a quiet place, close your eyes, relax and try to figure out where in your body they are coming from.
To do this fully concentrate only on this, no distractions, imagine yourself starting at the back of your eyes and very slowly going back down past your nose, your mouth into your throat, then your chest. Do it slowly as if you are searching for the slightest movement. do this for at least 60 seconds and if done right you should not have them anymore.

I didn't mean to suggest everyone knows what causes it; I was just surprised that he didn't think there was an explanation yet. I'd assume a quick google would yield the same answer. :icon17:

Though i find a more fun/suicidal cure is to try and hold your breathe for as long as possible :icon25:

or you could just fill your lungs to capacity thus stabalizing your diaphram, then hold your breath for a min or two.... works every time.Giraffe }{unter wrote:THE CURE

i cant hold my breath for 2 minutes

And shepherds we shall be, for thee my Lord for thee, Power hath descended forth from thy hand, that our feet may swiftly carry out thy command, we shall flow a river forth to thee, and teeming with souls shall it ever be. In nomine patris, et fili, et spiritus sancti.
hmm... i smoke and i can still hold my breath for 2 min... but i was on the varsity swim team for 4 years in highschool... that could have something to do with it.
concentrate grasshopper... close your eyes, listen to your heartbeat, and think of nothing... the pain of not breathing goes away if your mind has no worries.
