Where did you get those from? There are a couple there that are apparentlyknown in some quarters to be leaked shots from an early build from the beta test.

I'm assuming that entire last post was, because the testers names were blurred, and it looked like ball sack.

Really? Sorry about those ones then.

Shame, those are the ones that made me froth at the mouth too over the menu lol.

This game still does look pretty good considering it's using an engine released mid 04. Still if this runs as well as Q4 it will be a gift. Though remembering back to Q4 when they said it would run on anything D3 did, the GeForce 4 MX series went plus the ATI 9600 and 9700 IIRC, so I'm not putting hopes up. Not that I really need to with my system, just thinking about those who can't/won't spend that kind of money just to play the latest games.

Good going, Kat... couldn't keep it quiet, could you? :smirk:

@d3mol!t!ion: Even though D3 may have listed those video cards as the minimum requirement, I think that was quite a stretch. Even at the lowest settings, I expect D3 to run as a slideshow. If anything the Q4 requirements were a little more "conservative".

ETQW will have quite a number of improved features, so it's more like the D3.5 engine.

Think an AMD Athlon XP 2400+ processor with an
Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 card and 768mb of ram will be able to run this game at all? I mean like 10-20 fps on minimum settings.

On the topic of those screenshots, I really can't wait to start mapping for this game. This looks like it's going to be a ton of fun.

Yeah good point about those MX/4 cards on D3... and I also agree with o'dium that the FX/5 series will probably run the game like a slideshow as did the MX/4 with D3.

I had an FX5200 and it ran Q4 like shit. On low settings I could get maybe 15 fps. That was with an Athlon XP 2200+. However my GF 6600 runs Q4 just beautifully.

true, fx 5200 lagged a bit, you could play. Ugraded to GF 7600 today and no more hickups.

I just realized I mistyped. I had the FX 5500 OC not the 5200.
