Bought a new laptop

Came with a $250 instant savings, 2 gigs of ram, free upgrade to a better display, 120 GB 5400 rpm SATA hard drive.

I basically got the 9 cell battery, Dell Wireless 1490 802.11a/g Mini Card (54Mbps), Integrated Sound Blaster® Audigy™ HD Software Edition, External USB Floppy Drive, and took the 3 Year Return to Depot Service and Technical Support Warranty.

Basically be used for web design & work, and the occasional gaming.

It won't play any serious 3d games though. Not that big of a deal if you don't care about them. Can't really get a decent card in a laptop at that price range.

Well I got this games cd that has a ton of games on it. Stuff like chess, checkers, backgammon, etc.
I might install

and do some mapping.
