I'm not an experienced photographer, but I want to learn. Here are a few I took just today:

I don't have many industrial and urban settings like most of you. I have to settle for nature and wildlife...

The reviewers who always come into the class from outside didn't say anything negative about the photos, the prints or much else, but they ripped apart my sequencing and editing. It was a combination of not having enough photos (they said i needed at least 30, i had 22, the assignment was 20-25) and the transitions weren't sharp enough (subtle features->extreme).
The problem with having 135 photos to choose from is you're always going to leave out one someone liked and they whine about it...

background distraction
among other things
which leads to lack of interest for the viewer.
Sure they are decent photos but ask yourself why were these photos taken? To serve what purpose other than "it's a slightly done up car"?
Anyhow, to the rest of you digitizers, photo taking nerds, expensive lens enviers, critiques, dumbo's, hom0's, I just started working again after being back in Vancouver for 3 weeks thus the lack of postings. I do plan to get back to that picture taking hobby of mine quite soon....
