With ya there..
Feel like im looking out a flat window or something.. FOV is terrible in halo. Gonna try hooking it up to my LCD and see if that fixes it.

what is the world coming to?
FYI: i dont see what all the praise about the graphics is about either.
Maybe because all the previous shots of Halo 3 have been Halo 2, but in higher res.
These shots show some serious texture work in some spaces, great use of colours. Compared to Gears its not as good, but Gears is usually tiny maps with 4 Vs 4. This is 16 player Quake style gameplay, fast and fun.
Graphics dont mean everything to a game, but these are Multiplayer graphics, these are the WORST it can look, and I think they have done a half decent job. Compare it to Crysis and it looks poor, compare it to everything else out atm and it looks great. Remember the specs of a 360, and what level of detail 99.9% of us will be running Crysis at, and THEN remember Halo 3 is a full 60FPS locked, and it looks GREAT.
Now we just need some decent SP screens. But at least Bungie listened, and it seems they listened well.
I definately agree on the color thing, it's not spectacular but they seem to have maade good natural looking choices , the lighting seems like a summer's day on that last one, almost looks like a cheap tv studio setup, it looks real but fake.
