hey when i download a mod or a map i save it as a zipped folder and it doesnt work, how do i use the downloaded files

It might be best for the Internet as a whole if you just didn't.

All mods goes into the quake III arena folder, so unzip them right there...

And maps goes into baseq3 folder...
