whats with vista
I don't have vista, but I tested it out at the store, and except for different icons, it doesn't seem any better or worse. Who the hell is buying this if they don't need a new computer?

The merge to Windows Vista is inevitable. I doubt there are many people rushing to get the retail, though.Soldier34 wrote:I don't have vista, but I tested it out at the store, and except for different icons, it doesn't seem any better or worse. Well I just got a new computer 2gigs ram AMD 64 bit x2 core and runs alright but it seems slow.
The way Vista looks to me, is like microsoft decided that in order to look new and and innovative, they took all things familiar with any Windows edition and decided to mix it all up, change the way you do a most basic task. All your natural Windows instincts are riped apart in Vista.
So I guess it seems slow because you literary have to stop and think about what you want to do and how to do it.
