My whole game went to shit
My whole game went to shit
I can barely play now. Before two weeks ago I used to consistently hit 50% rails in 4v4+ CA matches, always being at the top of the scoreboard, etc, but now I can barely play. I hit 20% rails at best and I can barely stay off being the last one on the scoreboard. Has anyone here had this happen to them, what is the cause of this, and how can I get back to my happy days?

I've had times like that where you're on a roll for a while, you feel invincible, and then all of a sudden you can't hit shit. It could be that you're not playing defensively enough anymore because you're so confident of your aim and perhaps you're being too aggressive? That could lead to mistakes, getting fragged, and then trying too hard to get back into a control situation again but failing. That leads to frustration and of course your aim will then suffer. I think yes, a break would be good. Make sure you're relaxed as possible when you are playing, and also, change your mental state to just trying to enjoy the game and not trying too hard to win or to reestablish that 50% rail.

you need to decondition - you've probably saturated your motor system with bad habits.
Take a break and come back afresh.
Unless this rut you're in is a result of you taking a break, in which case you will be back on track in a matter of weeks if not days.
Also - have you been playing on different servers or with different people recently?
If you're suddenly faced against an experienced dodger, it can make you feel as if your rail has suddenly gone to shit.
