Low disk space Vista

Any idea how to turn off the low disk space notification with Vista Home Premium?

A friend bought a HP with Vista and the recovery partition is full and he keeps getting this low disk space notification coming up. Very annying and wants to turn it off.

Thank you sir. I did find some things like this myself, but the followups said it was for XP only and not Vista because Vista has different registry keys or something.

This is what Ive been tryng to find. Thanks again.
