I had this same problem (if you see my post is a couple away from yours).

what i did was download the Ultimate Freeze 1.1. Search for it on Google ;]

I have a freeze rail server set up now.

open the console and type

Code: Select all

 /devmap q3dm17

or whatever map it is you want to play

Bring down the console by pressing the ~ key and type this:

/devmap q3ctf4
